We hope you’re well, and a warm welcome to our newest members – including Dr Antonietta Pirillo, who brings specialist expertise in ADHD and ASD assessments. Other new members since our last email include Dr Louise Goddard- Crawley, Karl Wooley, Rebecca Rowe, James Mullholland, Najib Boubekri, Amal Wartalska, Dr Pat Gwyer , Samaira Hanif, Dr Sabas Castillo, Bongiwe Sibanda, Maria Carlsvard,Jean Lythe, Sumeet Grover and we realise those of you who signed up before haven’t been introduced individually, but we are very happy to have you on board!
We have a few updates to share, and we’d love your input as we continue to build PsyConnect into a thriving, and collaborative therapist network.
Managing Your Availability
Please try and make sure that your availability in the system is up-to-date so that clients can search for therapists using the availability filter.
How to Update your availability:
The default for each day is “No Availability” so you will need to untick that box and add your availability if you have any.
Default view:
View after “No availability” box is unticked - a default time of 10.00 until 13.00 is created which you then edit. You can add new time slots by selecting “Add New Slot”.
If a slot becomes unavailable you simply click delete to remove it.
How to Hide your Profile from the client search:
If you’re fully booked, you can also hide your profile from search results by clicking the checkbox next to "Hide My Profile from All Searches" at the end of the Profile section of your Dashboard.
This is designed to use at times when you know you are going to be unavailable, and/or not able to respond to Client requests.
*Remember, if you have no availability, please refer any client enquiries to the PsyConnect network * More info here
