I am someone who deeply enjoys listening to people’s life stories and helping them make sense of their experiences. I read widely, meditate regularly, and am always seeking to learn something new from others. Curiosity, presence, and compassion guide the way I connect with people.

After becoming a psychologist, I continued to expand my training in cognitive-behavioural and emotional therapies, eating disorders and nutrition, gender studies, and, more recently, coaching. This diverse background informs a flexible and collaborative approach: we will work together to identify the key elements that shaped your current struggles, reframe them, and address one by one the patterns that may be maintaining them.

I apply an equity-informed perspective to understanding every personal and social phenomenon. Working in organisations alongside my private practice, as well as emigrating to two different countries, has given me a 360-degree view of how identity, culture, and environment shape our emotional world. Many clients find that this helps them feel seen, understood, and accompanied by someone who can genuinely put themselves in their shoes.
