I am an experienced psychotherapist with over twenty years of clinical experience across NHS, charitable, and private healthcare settings.

My background includes more than eleven years working within NHS addiction services, two years in a hospice bereavement service, and additional experience in Community Mental Health Teams supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

I provide psychotherapy for adults experiencing addiction and recovery, trauma and complex mental health needs, anxiety, depression, panic, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and attachment issues, bereavement, menopause-related emotional challenges, and significant life transitions. I work with both short-term, focused therapy and longer-term, open-ended psychotherapy, depending on individual needs.

My approach to psychotherapy is relational, evidence-based, and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating a safe and containing therapeutic relationship. Therapy is tailored to each individual and unfolds in a way that supports careful exploration of difficulties, allowing understanding and change to develop in your own time. I welcome clients from all cultures, backgrounds, and sexual orientations.

I currently work within NHS IAPT services and in private practice, offering online psychotherapy for adults across the UK via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I am registered with most major UK private health insurance providers and can invoice insurers directly. All therapy is fully insured and delivered in line with professional and ethical standards.
