Seeking therapy is a tender, caring step towards supporting your own wellbeing and it’s completely natural to feel a mix of emotions as you begin. Your wellbeing matters and you don’t have to navigate through your difficulties alone.

 

If you want to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and adopt healthier coping mechanisms, I want to help you get there.

 

I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health sector. I have helped many people in therapy with depression, self-esteem, stress and a range of anxiety disorders including social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, phobias, generalised anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

 

With Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I can help you understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck and gain clarity on your difficulties by exploring the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. In turn, we will work towards building effective coping strategies to help you achieve your goals, increase confidence and improve emotional wellbeing.

 

I also offer Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). With ACT, I can help you with mood or anxiety difficulties to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while focusing on actions that align with your values.

 

My approach in therapy is compassionate, collaborative, flexible and encouraging in order to help you manage life’s challenges, learn efficient ways of coping and build confidence and resilience so that you can move toward the life you desire. I am here to support you so that you can thrive on your journey towards better mental wellbeing.

 

I also aim to provide you with a comfortable space so that you can share your struggles without the fear of being judged and focus on making meaningful and lasting changes in your life.
