To ensure you receive the referral reward, simply share your unique referral link, which you can find in your dashboard. If a client signs up through your link and starts therapy with another therapist, you’ll receive 50% of the commission fee.

(If you prefer, you can also drop us a quick message when you refer someone—just in case they don’t use the link directly or later return by Googling us.)

Here’s a sample email template you can use or adapt when referring clients:

Dear [Client's Name],

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don’t have availability at the moment to take on new clients. However, you may be interested in connecting with another therapist in my network through PsyConnect.

PsyConnect is a platform designed to help people find well-matched therapists.

Here is the link to explore the platform: [Insert Your Referral Link]

You can:

• Browse and select a therapist directly

• Submit a general enquiry, where therapists who match your criteria will reach out when they are available (including myself, if a slot opens)

• Or, with your permission, I can submit a general enquiry on your behalf. Your name and contact details will remain anonymised until a therapist commits to contacting you.

FInding your Referral Link in more detail:

Go to your Dashboard and click the Referrals and Comissions quick link (see screenshot below):

Then, you should see the Referral link with an explanation - you can use the button to copy the link (see screenshot below with an example).

You can also tell me - Ruth - that you have referred a client and their name - by sending me an email to admin@psyconnect.co.uk
