Hi, I'm Stuart, a UKCP-accredited Humanistic Psychotherapist.

I studied for my MSc at the highly-rated Metanoia Institute in Ealing, where I now form part of the teaching team.

My past experience includes working with young people at ChildLine in London, CGL STARS (alcohol and addiction) in Southend, online mental health support at Headstrong and in-person therapy at MCPS in Ealing.

In private practice I now specialise in the particular fields of low self-esteem and self-worth, childhood abuse/trauma, adult children of narcissistic parents and C-PTSD.

My core values as a human being provide my therapeutic foundations; authenticity, kindness and acceptance. Whatever you need to say, however difficult it might feel to say it, I will hear you, compassionately and with empathy.
