Biography
I use Schema Focused Therapy which looks at long standing patterns that show up in how you relate to yourself or others. These are often unconscious. They might be experienced as you feeling bad about yourself or feeling chaotic or contradictory. I also offer CBT and EMDR. My aim is to help you to resolve the past and make the future feel good.
I have over 12 years experience working with complex and more straight forward mental health conditions in the NHS and Private Practice. I will very likely know how to help you feel better about yourself and your future and my aim will be to help you understand why you do some of the things you do and how to change it-if you want to.
