Dr Zoe Fyffe
Psychologist (HCPC registered)
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
Biography
I work with adults and late teens who are seeking to understand themselves, their situation or their difficulties better, or who are seeking help to make a change to improve their mental health. I also provide support to parents of younger children focused on developing and maintaining secure, respectful relationships that allow the family to thrive. This can benefit parents experiencing difficulty with limit-setting, understanding their children’s behaviour, and mealtimes.
I have a particular interest in neurodiversity, and offer post-diagnostic support for people with ADHD and/or autism, and tailored talking therapies for those who also have a mental health difficulty. My work with parents supports parents to understand their child’s developmental stage and implement respectful approaches to benefit the whole family.
My approach prioritises the needs and preferences of my clients. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and how we can best work together.
