Biography
Hi I'm Sara, a HCPC registered psychologist. I specialise in supporting adults who are healing from difficult life experiences, suffering with anxiety, low mood, and/or navigating stressful life transitions/events.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed — which means we’ll work together to understand your unique experiences, not just apply a one-size-fits-all model. I combine evidence-based approaches with a warm, collaborative style.
I know that starting therapy can feel daunting. My role is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore difficult feelings at your own pace. We’ll focus on both practical coping tools for the here-and-now and deeper understanding of patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
