Biography
Do you often feel overwhelmed, on edge, or exhausted from holding things together? You may cope outwardly while feeling anxious, low, or unsettled inside. This can relate to past trauma, feeling different as a neurodivergent person, or adjusting to the impact of a long-term health condition. I specialise in trauma and chronic overwhelm, helping you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and feel steadier and more in control. My work is neurodiversity-informed and offers structured, attuned support.
I am an accredited CBT therapist and qualified EMDR therapist, and I also draw on ACT and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical, my approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods.
I offer a calm, respectful space where we work at a pace that feels manageable. If you’re considering therapy and would like to explore whether this feels like the right fit, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free 15-minute call.
