I'm Indu Khurana
Integrative Psychotherapist & Coach
I am passionate about seeing the individual in front of me in their entirety. I recognise the inter-relational nature of us humans and our internal systems, as well as the systems we live within such as work and education.
I bring 25+ years experience of providing Psychotherapy, Coaching, and Supervision. I have also facilitated groups and led workshops.
- 25+ years of experience in a range of issues & in a variety of organisations / settings including CAMHS (NHS) & Eating Disorders.
- I have a special interest in supporting people with long-term health conditions like MS, ME/CFS, Lupus, FND etc to really thrive rather than simply survive.
- I work holistically, taking int oaccount the inter-connected nature of everything and everyone.
- Personal experience of working with autoimmune conditions including Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
