Biography
I am a qualified with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have significant experience supporting people with low mood, anxiety and work-related stress. I particularly enjoy exploring with clients how they can adjust to adversities such as health conditions, burnout and other life stressors. Whilst I may draw on a range of ideas depending on the need, I endeavour to approach everyone's difficulties with patience, compassion and evidence-based practice
I primarily use therapeutic approaches that offer techniques to address thoughts/behaviours, encourages compassion and cultivates a values-led life. These approaches often discuss how the past may influence the present and how to move forwards.
