Biography
Thank you for reading my biography. I am a HCPC registered and Chartred Counselling Psychologist. I use evidence based therapies to help people to overcome their difficulties. I start with an assessment and formulation so that we can understand your problems together. Do you feel like you struggle to fit in and are exhausted by this? And/or are you a student struggling to get through your course and balance your life and self-care? If you answered yes, then maybe you want things to be different but aren't sure where to start? I might be able to help. I have over 8 years experience of working with people with complex PTSD, people with personality disorders, and neurodiversity. I also have experience of adapting therapies to ensure they are neuro-inclusive.
