Daniel Avital
Psychotherapist (accredited/registered)
Master of Sciences
Biography
I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist and addictions counsellor with a Master’s degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling. Since 2018, I have worked in private practice, supporting individuals and couples with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I specialise in the treatment of addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. My background includes managing psychotherapy and addiction services within UK prisons, as well as delivering therapy in both corporate and private settings.
I work relationally, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process. I believe that meaningful change happens within the context of a safe, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic relationship. This allows clients to explore patterns, deepen self-awareness, and move toward greater emotional freedom and resilience.
I draw on evidence-based approaches and a strong foundation in philosophy and psychological theory to support lasting change in my clients’ lives.
