My journey in the field of therapy has been driven by a deep passion for helping individuals thrive during every stage of life. I am a highly regarded CBT specialist with over 20 years of experience. I focus on helping clients feel better and move forward whether that means finding relief from overwhelming thoughts, problematic behaviours or just a sense of feeling overwhelmed. My approach is compassionate, goal-focused, and rooted in evidence-based therapy.
Most people begin to notice meaningful improvements within 12 sessions, and we'll work together to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, Eye Movement Densensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and solution-focused therapy, tailoring my methods to suit your specific needs. Throughout my career, I have successfully supported clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety and depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief and loss and self esteem. I understand that seeking therapy can be a significant step, and I commend you for taking it. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, ensuring that each session is a meaningful step forward on your path to well-being. I am excited to embark on this therapeutic journey with you. I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural therapist and EMDR therapist. I have worked in Mental Health for over 16 years and as a senior lead and consultant in the NHS for over 10 years.
