With over 15 years experience in Mental Health, I am experienced and dedicated to helping adults overcome a wide range of challenges and improve their mental health and wellbeing. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, a traumatic life event, or difficult life transitions, I’m here to provide the support and tools you need to move forward.
As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), I use evidence-based techniques to help an identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, assumptions, behaviours and cycles. I specialise in: • Anxiety & Stress (Including Phobias, OCD, Panic Attacks, Burnout, and Generalised Anxiety) • Depression & Low Mood (Including Post-Natal Depression, Low Self-Esteem)
