Sometimes people seek therapy because of a specific problem, such as feeling anxious or depressed. I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, with over 13 years of NHS experience. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, emotional and relational challenges, physical issues with an emotional component, and psychosis, with particular expertise supporting those in health and social care settings.
