Biography
I have been working for over 20 years as a Counsellor and Supervisor. I work towards developing trusting relationships to ensure the best service for my clients. In my work I use a mix of Humanistic, CBT and Creative models to mention a few. This is to be able to tailor the therapy to best suit the needs and personality of my clients. I make sure to adhere to the guidelines for ethical and safe practice as well as keep up to date with further aspects and research using Continued Professional Development events and training.
I also have training and experience in working with Equestrian Facilitated Counselling and Psychotherapy.
