I am a qualified integrative counsellor and couples counsellor with experience supporting individuals and parents. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, and existential approaches, creating a flexible and client-centred experience. I also integrate relationship-focused methods, including Gottman Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help clients strengthen communication, repair conflict, deepen emotional connection, and build healthier, more secure relationships.
