I am a bilingual Clinical Psychologist, with more than 17 years’ experience providing effective therapy in English and Spanish, for adults who experince anxiety, depression, trauma and other difficulties. I use different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in different backgrounds and settings.

During my career I have gained experience working with people struggling with feeling low, panic attacks, dificulties in relationships and trauma memories. I also have helped people who have experienced family problems, domestic violence, bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attachment disorder.
