Biography
I am a bilingual Clinical Psychologist, with more than 15 years’ experience providing effective therapy in English and Spanish, for adults. I use different therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)in different backgrounds and settings.
During my career I have gained experience working with people struggling with depression, trauma, anxiety, and panic attacks. I also have helped people who have experienced family problems, domestic violence, bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attachment disorder.
