I’m a Chartered Senior Psychologist registered with the HCPC and a long-standing member of the British Psychological Society. With over a decade of experience, I offer integrative psychological therapy, clinical supervision, and bespoke training for individuals, teams, and organisations.
My approach blends systemic, cognitive-behavioural, and embodiment-focused therapies, informed by ongoing CPD in areas such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, neurodiversity, and crisis intervention.
Whether working with clients in private practice or leading workshops for government bodies and organisations, I create safe, reflective spaces that support growth, resilience, and meaningful change. I also bring a deep interest in communication, mindfulness, and the dynamics of human systems to every session.
