Biography
I specialise in working with people who are experiencing pain in their life at the moment, whether they are clear about the roots of that pain or not. I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore feelings and support the journey to self-fulfilment and happiness. I am a Integrative Humanistic Counsellor using a person-centred approach, and applying knowledge and experience informed by a range of theories including Gestalt and Internal Family Systems.
