Biography
Having problems with sleep can be crippling. It can affect every part of your life and can take the joy out of living. People suggest unhelpful personal approaches, unexperienced advice and useless products. I offer a thorough assessment. We’ll work together to develop your bespoke techniques to fall asleep faster, sleep better and feel more energised during the day.
I carry out a detailed assessment of the person, their sleep issue, their circumstances and history. This enables me to formulate which sleep issues are present and what therapeutic approaches are useful to the individual. Then hold regular sessions, at a pace that suits the person, that enables the client to applying techniques and strategies in an effectively way
