Biography

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR Practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting people through complex and overlapping challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story.

 

I often walk alongside people who have lived through difficult or overwhelming experiences, sometimes stretching back many years. These may include patterns of feeling unsafe in relationships, challenges around food or body image, struggles with addictive behaviours, or the impact of long-term health conditions such as chronic pain, fatigue, or diabetes. Many also describe a sense of being “different” or misunderstood, including those who process the world in neurodivergent ways.

 

My therapeutic style is integrative and relational, drawing on CBT, EMDR, trauma-focused approaches, and compassion-based models. I aim to create a safe space where experiences can be explored without judgement or expectation, and where healing can unfold at your own pace.

 

I work with adults (16+) and welcome people from diverse backgrounds, especially those who may have felt unseen or underserved by traditional systems. I offer therapy online, with flexibility to meet your needs.
