I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties including relationship difficulties, low mood and anxiety. I have a specialist interest in parent-infant relationships and the transition to parenthood. You may be struggling with parenting, how you feel about yourself or finding relationships with others difficult. You might recognise that your childhood experiences are impacting on you now. I offer a supportive, reflective space where you can talk openly about what is troubling you. Together, we can explore your experiences, make sense of patterns that may be holding you back and support the changes you would like to make.

 

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist and have worked in the NHS, voluntary sector and private practice. I am currently training in CAT (a model which explores relationships) and offer this model to suitable clients. I offer specialist parent-infant relationship therapy locally and online.
