Biography
As an HCPC registered Health Psychologist, I have been working with clients providing online and face-to-face therapy for the past 8 years. I work with a range of presentations, including, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, health-related anxieties, chronic pain, and burnout.
I am trained and use a range a variety of therapeutic modalities, mainly CBT, ACT, CFT, and EFT. The modalities are tailor-made for the client's needs, allowing for openness, and transparency for what works and what does not.
